If you have a question outside of business operating hours, you may also contact us via our support forums and someone can reply back to you on there asap. Many times we have customers who need help on the weekend and everyone in the company has access to their email outside of work hours. As soon as someone receives your message, they will do their best to get back to you right away. A lot of companies have tech support based out of other countries and it can be difficult to get the help you need. Our tech support is located inside of our warehouse facilities in the USA and we have the ability to help you remotely by logging into your computer or DVR once you grant us access to the unit.
